Subhash Bose was alive in 1948: CIA Leak case

President Bush wiped away the former White House aide’s 2 1/2- year sentence in the CIA leak case. What will do the future President of India either Pratibha or Shekhawat in the killing or kidnapping of Netaji Subhash Bose or the documents related to him? Central Information Commission (CIC) asked government to reveal Netaji death secrets. Thus CIC has opened the Netaji Mystery cae again. Why Nehru blocked and why present Indian Govt wants to hide the truth on Netaji? Nehru’s dark side should not be come out in light.

President Bush wiped away the former White House aide’s 2 1/2-year sentence in the CIA leak case. “I rule nothing in or nothing out,” George Bush said when asked about whether he might pardon Libby before leaving office in January 2009. Indian Government does not want to see the repeatation of CIA leak case here in India . So it hides every truth related to the Netaji’s kidnapping and false declaration that Netaji died in the Plane Crash.

In fact Left supported Rightist Congress led government is blind follower of Sonia Gandhi as well as America . Manmohan government makes fool to Indian people to keep them in dark for the secrets of Indo US Nuke Deal. This Non-violent government becomes violent to cut the finger which is raised on Nehru’s dark side.

Re-opening of Netaji’s death mystery The mystery over the 1945 disappearance of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose may finally come clear with the Central Information Commission (CIC) directing the federal government to furnish details about it. The full bench of the CIC, headed by the Chief Information Commissioner Wajahat Habibullah directed the federal home ministry to furnish the information relating to the disappearance of Bose sought by an individual.

“By doing so, the MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs) would not only be discharging its legal duties and rendering an essential service to a public cause, it may finally help resolve an unsolved mystery of independent India ,” the CIC observed in its order.

Sayantan Dasgupta, a resident of New Delhi , had sought certified copies of all documents exhibited before the Netaji Inquiry Committee of 1956 headed by Shah Nawaz Khan and the Justice B.D. Khosla Commission under the Right to Information (RTI) Act of 2005.

Conflicting accounts While both the Khan Committee and the Khosla Commission agreed with the government’s claim that Netaji died in a plane crash in Taiwan before Japan fell to the Allies, the Justice Manoj Mukherjee Commission, appointed by the National Democratic Alliance government in 1999 was categorical in its report that the Taiwanese authorities had said that no such air crash took place.

Like Bush, Mamohan Govt does not want to handover documents President Bush will invoke executive privilege rather than yield to congressional demands for documents on the firing of at least eight U.S. attorneys, who allegedly were canned for political reasons. White House counsel Fred Fielding announced on June 28, 07 that Team Bush would not hand over documents from ex-White House counsel Harriet Miers and former political director Sara Taylor. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), a senior member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said,” “Maybe everyone has acted honorably. But show me an administration that craves secrecy, and I’ll show you an administration that probably has something to hide,”

Following is the example how the goernment of Nehru Gandhi dynasty follow Bush in hiding the truth. No record on Netaji’s role in freedom struggle: Govt Few days back Mr Bhattacharya approached the Union home ministry with five questions in which he had sought information on what role Bose had in the freedom movement.

The applicant had also sought information whether India maintains any protocol with regard to Bose and whether he fits somewhere in that protocol. “The information on points in your letter is not available in the records,” Mr SK Malhotra, deputy secretary in the home ministry said in reply to Mr Bhattacharya’s petition. “It was shocking for me to have this response,” Mr Bhattacharya said. Netaji Subash Chandra Bose may have contributed immensely towards India and make people aware about their strength to fight British man-to- man but the government says it has no documents to substantiate this, said Mr Bhattacharya.

Anuj Dhar, author of a recently published book on Netaji Anuj Dhar, author of a recently published definitive book on the subject, Back from Dead (Manas, Rs 495), is certain that not only was Netaji hidden in Russia by Stalin, but also treated well.

The Mukherjee Commission benefited a lot from Dhar’s hard work. The writer had persuaded the Taiwanese Government to officially admit that the Taihoku air crash of August 18, 1945 , never happened.Justice Mukherjee went to Taiwan When Justice Mukherjee went to Taiwan in January, the host Government reiterated this position. The Mukherjee Commission also received depositions from a large number of persons who stated on record as having learnt of Netaji’s stay in the former USSR from sources who had actually seen him there.

Disclosure of Ardhendu Sarkar

The most sensational disclosure was made by Ardhendu Sarkar, a mechanical engineer employed by the Ranchi-based public sector firm, Heavy Engineering Corporation. He told the Commission that in 1962, while on deputation at the Gorlovka Machine Building

Plant near Donetsk in Ukraine , he had met a German called Zerovin.

Zerovin had been taken to the USSR in 1947-48 and had spent some time at a gulag in Siberia for “indoctrination”. There, one day in 1948 (Zerovin told Sarkar), he had met Netaji and had actually exchanged a few words with him in German.

After hearing of this, an excited Sarkar went to the Indian Embassy in Moscow and reported the matter to an Indian diplomat.

Indian Ambassador closed the toungue of disclosure Sarkar

What shocked Sarkar (as he recounted in his deposition) was the officer’s reaction. “Why have you come to this country? Does your assignment include poking your nose in politics? Don’t discuss this information with anyone. Just do what you have been sent for,” the bureaucrat had snapped back.

Within days, Sarkar was hounded out of the USSR . Shaken to the bones, he never spoke about the incident for 38 years before deciding to break his silence on September 28, 2000 .60 years ruled Congress government has no record about Netaji ‘s freedom struggle! Do Killers keep record of their victims? Oh! Almighty Ishwar! Give me a boon, Who are traitors? Who are Patriots of my nation?
